While our packages provide great value for our clients, we understand that they don’t work for everyone. My hourly rate is currently $250/hour and can be applied to any of the services listed above. Please note that hourly services do not include additional expenses such as filing fees, postage, or other costs.
Please Note: The Legal Basics Plan includes 30 minutes of advice and consultation during the formation process. The flat rate prices listed for all legal plans are for single member LLCs formed in the State of Michigan only. Other services required or requested for any of the packages listed above may involve additional fees. Additional terms and conditions may apply, and prices shown do not include additional costs and expenses, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
